FDP on DL for NLP
AICTE Sponsored One Week FDP on Deep Learning for Natural Language Processing, 15th–19th November 2021
FDP OBJECTIVE :
Retrieving relevant information for natural language texts, extracting knowledge from it and representing them in a structured way are challenging problems. NLP analyses the above stated challenges and develop models to overcome them. Deep learning methods are achieving state-of-the-art results on challenging NLP problems.
The FDP aims to give participants a comprehensive understanding of the basic concepts of Natural Language Processing and its applications in the analysis of large datasets using relevant Deep Learning models
MAJOR THEMES:
•Introduction to Deep Learning and Motivation
•Introduce NLP fundamentals.
•Deep Learning for NLP
•Statistical and Machine Learning Models.
•Recurrent Neural Network (RNN)
•Hand-written digit recognition using Neural networks Anaconda and Tensor flow framework
•Sentiment analysis using Natural Language Toolkit (NLTK)
•Image identification and classification project
•Application of NLP for real world applications
